We proudly ship to nearly every country worldwide and provide free shipping for most items in our store. However, certain remote islands are inaccessible to our couriers.
What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
If your product arrived damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order number and a photo showing the damage. We will investigate the issue promptly and arrange for either a refund or a replacement to be issued to you.
What is your policy regarding cancellations?
If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us immediately. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
How can I track my orders?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the link to update and display information. Note that while tracking links may not immediately update, rest assured your package is en route after leaving our warehouse.
What is the expected delivery time?
Our Floor Car Mats are custom-made to fit your vehicle specifications. The production typically takes 1-2 working days. Once shipped, please allow 8-10 days for delivery. Rest assured, all orders come with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.
