Return policy
Our refund policy extends for 30 days from the date of receipt of your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt. Please contact us at info@ultimatecarpet.com or through our contact form to initiate a return.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package back to us. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Fitting Issues
If your car mats do not fit correctly, please email us at info@ultimatecarpet.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of all car mats that do not fit properly in their intended positions inside the vehicle
- Photos showing the entire car mat clearly displaying the fitting problem
Once we receive these images, our customer service team will arrange a complimentary replacement for you.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate corrective actions.
Please note that returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.
Exchanges
For a swift exchange, we suggest returning the item and placing a new order once the return is processed and accepted.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund process.
